this morning on my way to work I was listening to an interesting radio-program on BBC-RFI. It was an Interview with Professor Gary Hamel from the London Business School. He teaches and does research on strategic management. The interview gave an insight in changes of management and decision-making in big and small companies. The trend and importance of the concept “wisdom of crowds” was pointed out and he outlined the possibility of option-based decision-processes in companies including employees.
